As Christians, we might feel guilty for these feelings, as if our fears reveal a lack of faith.  But our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, has a promise for us.

“With man it is impossible, but not with God.  For all things are possible with God.” (Mark 10:27 ESV)

In His resurrection on that first Easter, Jesus defeated the final enemy of death...and made a way for all who believe to have eternal life.

Jesus is our sure and confident hope … our anchor in the midst of a tumultuous sea.

I admit that I deserve death and hell, what of it? For I know One who suffered and made satisfaction on my behalf. His name is Jesus Christ.

We can be sure that NOTHING can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The greatest way that we could ever show Christ’s love to our neighbors would be to share this great news and God’s love with everyone.

Through Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice on the cross in our stead, He fully paid for all the sins of all people from all times.

This is a celebration of the first manifestation of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, represented by the Magi.

To speak the Apostles’ Creed, especially amongst fellow believers, is to publicly confess your faith in and to God.

God loves to call ordinary, broken sinners to do His extraordinary works, all to build His Kingdom here on earth.

“Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up.” (James 4:10 NIV)

God’s Law reveals our sins to us, convicts us of them – finding us all guilty – and sentences us to death for them.

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self–control." (Galatians 5:22-23)

"Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven.” (Matthew 5:12a)

“He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver.” (Malachi 3:3a). As Christians, we are called to be Christ-like, a reflection of Christ.

The Pentateuch lays the firm foundation for the rest of the Old Testament by chronicling the origin of ancient Israel.

So, who wrote the Gospels? Who were the main audiences? What were the main emphases?
